WorldatWork Certificates

Certificates

Building your success often comes a step at a time. For this reason, WorldatWork Society offers a series of certificate options to help you build toward professional certification.

With each certificate, you also build your own personal record of achievement and create more career opportunities.

Offered in specific areas of compensation, benefits and total rewards management, WorldatWork Society certificates serve as an excellent resource for those who wish to specialize.

Certificate programs are available in either course-based or exam-based tracks, as explained below. Formal application is not required. Simply plan your program of study and register as needed to meet the requirements of the certificate you are interested in pursuing. Credits earned in pursuit of the exam-based certificates also qualify for CCP, CBP or GRP credit, however, certificates may also be pursued without intending to seek a CCP, CBP, GRP or WLCP designation. Certificates can be completed at your convenience. There is no time limit to complete any WorldatWork Society certificate programs. In addition, it is not necessary to maintain your certificates once earned.

It's possible that you've earned one or several WorldatWork Society certificates already. Contact Customer Relationship Services at 480/922-2020 after you’ve met the requirements for a desired certificate. Once we verify that the requirements have been met, a certificate will be mailed to you.

Course-based Certificate
A Certificate in Work-Life is available by attending the four work-life courses currently offered by WorldatWork, or a combination of four work-life courses offered by WorldatWork and those formerly offered by AWLP and Boston College. The Certificate in Work-Life is separate from the Work-Life Certified Professional (WLCP®) designation, which requires a passing score on selected exams (see designation requirements).
