Certification Application
Guidelines and Online Form
Certification speaks
volumes about who you are as a professional. By completing our certification
programs, you establish yourself as being committed to remaining on the leading
edge of your profession.
WorldatWork Society proudly sponsors
three professional designations: Certified Compensation Professional (CCP©),
Certified Benefits Professional (CBPTM) and
Global Remuneration Professional (GRP©).
Certification Requirements
To qualify,
applicants for WorldatWork Society's designations must earn a score of at least
75% on required exams:
- CCP -- nine exams
- CBP -- nine exams
- GRP -- eight exams
(Using CCP/CBP equivalences will require nine exams)
Please refer to WorldatWork
Society's Certification Program Catalog for required exams and course descriptions.
There is no
time limit for completion of any WorldatWork certification program.
Recertification
The
CCP/CBP/GRP designations are maintained by earning 12 currency credits every
three years. Credits are earned through a wide variety of activities.

Individuals currently
practicing in a location where a course is not available may opt for a proctored

Membership
Certification
applicants can recognize significant savings by being a WorldatWork member.
Membership in WorldatWork is not required to earn the certifications. For more

Completing this form serves as notification of your intent to pursue certification. If you have already taken any of the certification exams, you are already enrolled in the program and do not need to fill out this application.
