Designing an Effective Strategy

This intermediate-level, two-day course explores the strategy and design of compensation in a global environment. Topics include the development of an effective compensation strategy that responds to organizational and environmental complexities. The design and administration of base pay and variable compensation are reviewed, as well as best practices in global compensation. On the third morning, an optional certification exam is administered covering the course content.
