 Is A CCP Right For Me?

Obtaining the CCP designation is beneficial for human resources professionals responsible for their organization’s base pay and incentive compensation programs. This may include examining and evaluating current market trends, managing compensation survey data including data analysis and conducting benchmarking studies, conducting audits to ensure legal compliance, and assessing and making appropriate recommendations for various pay programs, structures, policies and practices.  

 How Do I Get A CCP?

The CCP certification is achieved by earning a passing score on nine examinations. You can track your progress toward certification and obtain transcripts and other credit documentation easily online. Transcripts include scores for all the exams you have taken.

For each certification exam, WorldatWork provides a preparation course to help equip you with the education and knowledge needed to prepare for the exam. All classes are provided in a variety of learning formats to best fit your lifestyle.

Exams are administered through computer-based testing centers worldwide.
