WorldatWork Society of Certified Professionals Announces Certification Program Changes
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP®) Recognized as the world’s standard since 1976, the Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation is known throughout the rewards community as a mark of expertise and excellence in all areas of compensation.
The new CCP program, taking effect Jan. 1, 2010, will require a passing score on nine exams. Electives will be phased out.

Dual certification requires a passing score on all CCP and CBP requirements. With the certification program changes, dual certification requires a passing score on 14 exams. See the requirements here. Credits toward the GRP are given for a number of CCP/CBP certification global exams. Whether you are currently pursuing a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Certified Benefits Professionals (CBP), Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) and/or Work-Life Certified Professional (WLCP) designation, you will be able to plot your course for attaining the designations you desire.
