How Do I Get A CSCP?
The CSCP certification is achieved by passing one comprehensive exam based on what is recognized as the Sales Compensation Body of Knowledge.

Review the CSCP Body of Knowledge (BOK)
Candidates preparing for the CSCP examination should review the CSCP Body of Knowledge (BOK). The BOK represents the complete set of knowledge and skills required for professionals working in the sales compensation field. Set as the industry standard, the BOK was identified by WorldatWork Society via a formal practice analysis completed by hundreds of practitioners. The CSCP examination covers all topic areas addressed in the Body of Knowledge.
The Body of Knowledge is comprised of four main knowledge domains consisting of 85 total tasks representing common skills, knowledge and abilities of the executive compensation professional. Deeper concentration should be given to all topic areas in which you have identified as areas of weakness.

Take the Practice Exam
The practice exam is made up of 50 questions similar to those that may appear on the current Certified Sales Compensation Professional exam and is designed to give you insight into the type of material that may appear on the CSCP exam. You will be able to review questions and identify correct responses and you may take the practice exam as many times as you wish. The practice exam is designed to take at your desk with instant access to the test questions, correct answers and your results.
Now that you know what to expect on the CSCP exam, it’s time to register! The CSCP exam consists of approximately 160 multiple-choice questions and is administered across the globe through Pearson Vue testing centers. Each question presents the candidate with four possible options of which only one is correct. Candidates are allotted 3.5 hours of testing time in which to complete the examination.
