Keeping your certification current from the WorldatWork Society affirms professional expertise. Your employer, clients, employees and peers will recognize your credential as an indication of the skills and knowledge you’ve gained through education.

 Is Recertification Right for Me?

After earning a WorldatWork designation, the Recertification Program provides recognition for certified professionals who want to continue their efforts to remain abreast of emerging trends and developments in the field. Through your everyday work contributions, the Recertification Program further enhances your credibility by encouraging professional development and educational pursuits beyond the initial examination requirements.
