WorldatWork Faculty - Paul WeatherheadPaul Weatherhead is a Pay Program Manager for the United States Postal Service (USPS), where his primary pay policy responsibility is the U.S. Postal Service’s pay-for-performance program. Paul has been a key contributor to major postal compensation changes during the past 17 years. His contributions include the development of group incentive plans, executive and managerial merit pay programs, market-based salary structures and flexible spending accounts. Prior to his work at the USPS, Paul spent 13 years with Mobil in a variety of human resources and labor relations positions. Paul earned a master’s degree in labor and industrial relations from Michigan State University, and an undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia.
