WorldatWork Society, the international certifying body, proudly sponsors four professional designations: Certified Compensation Professional (CCP®), Certified Benefits Professional® (CBP), Global Remuneration Professional (GRP®), Work-Life Professional (WLCP®) and Certified Sales Compensation Professional (CSCP).

Certification Requirements
To qualify, applicants for WorldatWork Society's designations must earn a score of at least 75% on required exams:

• CCP — nine exams
• CBP — seven exams
• GRP — eight exams
• WLCP — four exams
• CSCP — one exam

Recertification
Keeping your credentials current is as important as ever. Recertification status and membership in the Society are maintained by earning 12 credits every three years. Credits are earned through a wide variety of activities including:

• WorldatWork Premier membership
• WorldatWork educational offerings (courses, skill-building seminars, Webinars and more. Visit www.worldatwork.org/education for a complete list of offerings.)
• Conference attendance/participation
• Teaching/presenting/speaking at WorldatWork courses and conferences
• Professional writing contributions to workspan, WorldatWork Journal or WorldatWork Press and other print publications.
