Current Users

If you don't know your ID number, you can get it from the mailing panel of any WorldatWork catalogue or periodical, a WorldatWork invoice or receipt, your member ID card or by contacting Customer Relations at 877/951-9191 (toll free); 480/922-2020 or customerrelations@worldatwork.org

  • Enter your 8 digit membership ID number OR the e-mail address currently on file at WorldatWork in the Customer ID Number field.
  • Enter your password (case sensitive). Your default password is your first initial and last name, lower case, letters only -- omitting spaces and special characters. (Example: enter jobrien for Jane O'Brien) The length is limited to 15 characters. (Example: for Jane Smith-Setterfield enter jsmithsetterfie). Note: If you use your e-mail address, to protect your privacy it will be necessary to change your password first. Click here to change your password.
  • Click the "enter" button to continue login process. The system will display the secured screen. If you have entered all information correctly and you receive an error message, please double check your entries and try again. If you may have forgotten your password, use the "Get password" link above. If you need to change your e-mail address, click here or contact Customer Relations at customerrelations@worldatwork.org or 877/951-9191.
  • Log out buttons are located at the top of all main pages. Unless you choose to log out or change computers, it will not be necessary to log in again as long as your membership remains current.

New Users

If you forget your password WorldatWork will e-mail it to you.

  • Enter your 8-digit membership ID number in the member login field.
  • Enter your last name and first name as it appears on a WorldatWork mailing label.
  • Enter your e-mail address. WorldatWork will e-mail your password to the address specified.
  • Click "submit".


Change your password

  • Enter your 8-digit membership ID number in the member login field.
  • Enter your current password.
  • Enter your new password. Password is case sensitive. It can contain any characters (including numbers) and should be easy to remember.
  • Re-enter your new password.
  • Click the "submit" button to change your password.

Customer Access

If you are a returning customer:

  • If you do not plan to complete an e-commerce transaction in this session or add items to your cart, or did not log out from your previous session, it is not necessary to log in. Guest log in serves to access your shopping cart or customer information for an e-commerce transaction only. Please join WorldatWork for complete access to our Web site.
  • To log in: In the Customer ID Number field ,enter your 8 digit customer ID number, which can be found on an e-commerce receipt OR the e-mail address currently on file at WorldatWork. Note: Your first initial/last name is the default password set for you. To protect your privacy, you may change this password using the Change Password button.
  • Enter your first initial and last name in the Password field. Use lower case letters only, omitting spaces and special characters. (Example: enter jobrien for Jane O'Brien).
  • Click the "enter" button to continue login process. Unless you choose to log out, it will not be necessary to log in again to access your shopping cart. Log out buttons are located on the home page and at the top of all other pages.

If you are a new customer:
You will not have a customer number or e-mail address on file with WorldatWork until you have completed an e-commerce transaction. There is no need to log in at this time. Please join WorldatWork for complete access to our Web site.
 


Searching the Directory

Note: This database is intended for use by individual WorldatWork members for networking. Use of names for solicitations or any other business activity is strictly prohibited. Safeguards are built into this system to detect unauthorized uses. We appreciate your cooperation.

There are many ways to search the directory. The system allows users to make global searches, partial searches, etc. Because of its flexibility, it is possible to make large ("runaway") searches that the system can never fulfill. In this case the system will likely hang up on you. To avoid a hang up, please be very careful in your search criteria.
 


Guidelines

SEARCH

For the fastest response, please try to narrow your search. Instead of searching for all members that are CCPs, search for CCPs in specific areas. Likewise, with a member search, instead of searching for all U.S. members, search for members in specific areas or states.

You can use more than one field in the search. For more than one field search, use the following to combine your search.

AND - only records that satisfy both or all fields will be returned to the result set.

OR - records that satisfy either of the fields used will be returned to the result set.

NOT - records that do not satisfy the condition will be displayed.

Note:

You can use partial characters to do your search. Example 1: You are looking for people whose Last Name is "Jaworski" but you are not sure of the spelling. You may type just the first few characters that you know of or just type "J" to display all members whose Last Name starts with "J". This type of search is available in all fields. Example 2: You can search for members whose company starts with "Int" AND Zip Code starts with "101".

Certification and Industry must be combined with other search criteria.


SORT

The system allows every search result to be sorted or sequenced in any order. You can sort by any field you choose.

  • By Country, State, Company, LastName, FirstName
  • By Company, State,City, LastName
  • By ZipCode, LastName
  • By Country, State, Company, LastName, FirstName
  • The default sort is LastName, FirstName, MiddleName.
       


RESULT SET

The result set is dependent on the search criteria and the sorting sequence that is selected.

The fields displayed are based on the sort selected. All the fields on sort will be displayed in the order they are sorted. Lastname, FirstName, Company and e-mail address are always displayed regardless of the sort fields selected.

REMEMBER: In order to have a fast search, narrow your search and minimize the number of fields used in the sort.

 

Is Your Personal Information Secured?

Yes. Only your current contact information is available in the directory. All other sensitive information is only available to its owner and to WorldatWork staff.

Can You Update Your Record?

Yes. Members: Close this window and click on the My Profile button and select Change My Membership Info.
Nonmembers: Click on 'Change your contact info' under QuickLinks on the homepage.
