Certified Compensation Professional® (CCP®)

Compensation is a key element in all Total Rewards strategies. Recognized as the world's standard since 1976, the Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation is known throughout the total rewards community as a mark of expertise and excellence in the fundamentals of compensation.

The Certified Compensation Professional designation demonstrates you possess the essential knowledge to integrate compensation programs with business strategy, design and administer base and variable pay programs, comply with legal and regulatory requirements, and effectively communicate compensation information. The CCP gives you and your employer confidence in your job skills and sets you apart in today's competitive world.
